Myanmar
My first experience of South East Asia. This is where I made all those newbie mistakes, and learnt so much about living in a very different culture. I was so lucky the people in Myanmar were the most friendly and supportive as you could hope for.
Angkor
The Angkor temple complex has such an amazing history. And being there is so much better than reading about it or watching a documentary, though it is recommended you do these before you visit.
