Enjoying the truffle oil and portobello mushrooms.
I had been wondering why the truffle oil was disappearing faster than I was using it. Eventually A owned up to taking swigs of it straight from the bottle.
Like Daddy
Brought some portobello mushrooms back from Singapore. Not generally available in Vietnam. Prepared here with a parmesan and parsley topping, truffle oil drizzle, and a few sauteed button mushrooms to top it off.
New Zealand mussels (frozen) available in HCMC. Couldn't resist doing a couple of dishes.
